Lecture by Aland Duncan

Alignment of data and analytics with measurable business outcomes should be straightforward, right? Yet articulating, tracking, and capturing business value remains a challenge. We know that “showing measurable value is hard.” But we also know that it can be done.

This session will show you:

  • how to build value stories,
  • how to rank and prioritize initiatives and
  • how to quantify and communicate value.
