Arthur Mickoleit is Director Analyst in the Industries Research Group, Government and Education, at Gartner. He provides research and advice on digital government transformation, public sector innovation, public service delivery and citizen engagement to governments and technology and service providers. Arthur regularly reviews government and vendor initiatives, including on digital government maturity, open data, digital identity, citizen service design and measuring performance.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Mickoleit worked as policy analyst at the OECD where he contributed to international policy standards like the OECD Recommendation on Digital Government Strategies. He also worked with governments as independent consultant for digital transformation. Mostly government organizations across Europe and in Arab countries.
Lukáš has more than 20 years of professional IT and tech writing, consulting and publishing background. After focusing mainly on hardware and technology, he moved to areas of information systems, enterprise IT and IT/business strategy and alignment in 2006.
