Oldřich Příklenk,
Gartner Area VP
Oldřich was co-founder and since 2007 director of Gartner's representative office in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania (KPC-Group, now Gartner Czech Republic). He has been working in IT since 1997, starting first as a consultant and later as a project manager in the implementation of ERP and CRM systems in companies in manufacturing, trade and services.
Hana Kabilová,
Executive Operation Manager
Hana has been with Gartner Czech Republic since 2008 and currently holds the position of Executive Operation Manager. She gained valuable experience in event management and project support at the Ministry of Defence and later worked as project coordinator at MRI Worldwide, the world’s search and recruitment organization.
Václav Špáňa,
Executive Partner, Head of EXP Team
Václav joined Gartner Czech Republic as Executive Partner in 2017 and has served since then as an advisor to our clients from financial and government organizations. He has more than 30 years of experience in IT. He worked on both the vendor and the end-user sides of the industry and served as CIO and CEO in large international companies.
Hynek Bury,
Executive Partner
He has been working for Gartner Czech Republic as an Executive Partner since 2021, focusing on Gartner clients in the areas of utilities, finance and banking and insurance. Hynek brings experience with the execution of strategic changes from previous operations in GE, HP and Česká spořitelna / Erste Group.
Markéta Kudrnová,
Sales Manager, High Tech team
Markéta has been with Gartner Czech Republic since 2010. She currently holds the position of Sales Manager and works with our vendor clients in the Czech Republic on improving their business efficiency, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion or implementing a differentiation strategy. She has been in the consulting industry since 1999, when she joined IDC as Marketing Manager for CEE.
Miroslav Jeník,
Senior Account Executive, High Tech team
Since 2014, he has worked with our clients from the energy sector, utility, retail and banking, now he start work in High Tech team and he will be focused on larger HT accounts. Prior to that, he worked at Aquasoft as a Major-Account Manager and gained first valuable experience with ICT projects and solutions.
Albert Krištof,
Account Executive, High Tech team
He joined the company in November 2022, becoming a member of the HT team where he took responsibility for the ICT supplier. He also worked on ICT projects during his studies at the University of Economics. Before joining Gartner Czech Republic, he worked as an Account Executive at GoodData, Rockaway Capital and Mall Group.
Daniel Merhaut,

Daniel joined Gartner Czech Republic as Senior Account Executive in 2019. He currently holds the position of Sales Manager. He has years of experience in ICT vendor environment. During his previous career, he held various positions in Sales. He worked for Lenovo, Dell and Hewlett-Packard, in Finance Industries and Public Sector. At Gartner Czech Republic/Gartner he is focused on Manuacturing, Banking and selected Public Sector Accounts.
Jana Rydziová,
Client Executive, Large Enterprises team
She has been with the company since 2005. She started first in marketing and sales management, later she worked as a Sales Executive and in the last seven years she has been fully responsible for the Slovak market. She has held the position of Client Executive since March 2024.
Jan Blecher,
Senior Account Executive
John has been with the company since 2008, he started his career as Executive Client Manager and later he moved into sales. He has served as Senior Account Executive since 2019. He is responsible for developing a strategic partnership on the Czech and Slovak markets in retail, manufacturing and government. In the past he worked for Plzeňský Prazdroj. He also has experience with B2C digital sales platforms.
Stanislav Kosík,

Stanislav has been working at Gartner Czech Republic since 2021 in the position of Account Executive. He applies his more than 20 years of experience in business positions at Siemens IT Services, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft and Oracle to customer care in the public sector in the Czech Republic. Prior to that, he worked for 7 years in the state administration as director of a section at the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and later as director of the anti-money laundering unit at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic.

He has been working for Gartner Czech Republic since 2021 on the position of Account Executive, where he will focus on the insurance industry and other key clients not only in the financial services sector. To Gartner Czech Republic, respectively Gartner he brings experience from markets in Europe, Asia and the United States, where he has worked with global clients.

Lukáš has joined Gartner Czech Republic in 2013 as editor-in-chief of INSIDE. Since 2015 he has also served as Vendor Executive Manager, supporting our ICT vendor clients. Lukáš has more than 20-year professional IT and tech writing, consulting and publishing background. For 5 years he was editor-in-chief of CIO Business World.
