Matthew Hotle

Matthew Hotle is a Vice President and Distinguished Analyst in Gartner Research, where he is responsible for leading research in application strategy and governance. In addition, Mr. Hotle’s personal core areas of research cover application strategy and governance, including portfolio management, pace-layered delivery strategies, organizational design and change, methodologies and agile development, project management, project prioritization, quality assurance and testing, and software metrics.

Mr. Hotle has held a variety of management and analyst roles at Gartner. He also started and led Gartner’s Year 2000 Strategies research team and served as a sector chief of research for the infrastructure, architecture and development groups. Mr. Hotle has a broad base of knowledge in application development process, application project management and application development. His experience includes technical and business management, project leadership and management, software engineering, quality assurance, testing and training.

Vladimír Klein

Chief Information Officer, Moneta Money Bank

Mr. Klein started his technology career as programmer in TESLA, from 1993 on, he worked in various IT support, development and IT service management positions. Between 2008-2016 he acted as VP of Operations, VP of Network Development, CTO and CIO at T-Mobile Czech Republic. He then built a greenfield Pan-Net entity as Managing Director of Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net Czech Republic and also acted as SVP Delivery at Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net Slovakia and Managing Director Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net Czech. Mr. Klein moved to financial industry in December 2017, when he became CIO at MONETA Money Bank.

Martin Kobza

Head of Digital, Erste Group

Mr. Kobza commenced hist professional career in 2003 at AT&T, he worked for Infineon Technologies AG between 2004-2006 and from 2004 to 2008 managed application development at Quimonda. He has been with Erste group since 2008 – acted as director of various divisions at s IT Solutions, became executive director of ERSTE Group IT SK in 2012 and CIO of Slovenska Sporiteľňa in 2013. He has been working on digital transformation in ERSTE Group since 2012 and was appointed Head of Digital for entire ERSTE Group in 2015.

Petr Raška

Head of IT Department, IKEM (Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine)

Mr. Raška started first leg of his IT career (2000-2008) as consultant, Solution Account Manager and Senior Sales Manager in Autocont CZ and Ness Logos / Ness Czech. He then moved to acquisition team at GiTy and between 2011-2014 acted as Head of PM at Advisors.cz.  Mr. Raška joined IKEM as project manager in 2015 and moved to Head of IT Department position in 2016.
